Introducing Miss Squirrel’s Holly Days...the second in the “It’s an Open Book” collection features a little lady squirrel and the cozy rooms in her home all decorated for The Holly Days.
Miss Squirrel’s Holly Days is an all inclusive kit which means everything comes with it except paint and glues and glitter.
The furniture is sort of 1/4” scale but it is a squirrel’s home so liberties have been taken.
Here's a little excerpt from the story...
“By the time the cooking and decorating were complete, Miss Squirrel was ready for a good night’s sleep. She loved climbing the little stairs to her cozy bedroom because that meant she would soon be curled up in her warm, snuggly bed with a good book to read.
When she was a young squirrel, she used to dream of chasing her friends around, up and down the trees in the forest, and collapsing in a big mound of fallen leaves, laughing and giggling. Nowadays her quiet times were her most happy times. Content to be in her sweet home, well fed, protected from cold and the blowing snow, Miss Squirrel fell asleep dreaming of Holly Days and Peach Pit Pie.”
The finished project measures 6” x 8” and is displayed as an open book, complete with book mark.
